Overall, the procedure went well yesterday. The Dr. still had difficulties due to the scarring from old surgeries but the medication is in. I'm a bit sore today and he said that it usually takes 48 to 72 hours to see any benefit. He also cautioned me on my expectations. These type of injections help some people and others see no decrease in their pain - it just depends. Of course, we are all praying that this will work wonders and perhaps become another procedure I can add to arsenal against the by-products of this disease. Thanks again to all who have - and are - praying so diligently for us. I will continue to update this daily to let you know how things progress.
